WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP?

The LRC Needs Your Help!

The LRC receives at least 1200 visits from students every week. Volunteers are needed to keep the library running without reducing services.  No experience necessary. All jobs are easy to learn and training will be provided.  Ideal shifts for volunteering are 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 1:00 - 3:30 PM.      Questions?  Please contact Mrs. Oh, school librarian at 847.394.7320 or Chris Trezise at catrezise@comcast.net or 847.392.5463  Thank you!

Collect Campbell's Soup Labels

Please clip and send in any Campbell's Soup labels for an easy way to earn money for Fairview School.  Let your student(s) go on a scavenger hunt through the pantry to find the valuable labels on soup, crackers, Pepperidge Farm items and many other products.  Thanks!

Collect Box Tops for Education

Box Tops

Please continue to collect Box Tops for Education from various products.  Last year just over $1700.00 was collected for Fairview School....this year's goal is over $2000   Keep saving those tops!  Be sure to check the Downloads section of this webpage to print your own list of qualifying products.

Collect Kemp's "Nickles for Schools" Caps

Each milk cap, UPC symbol, or lid from specially marked Kemps products is worth five cents for Fairview.   Nickles don't seem like a lot of change but a few nickles together can change a lot!

Recycle Ink Cartridges at School

Each empty ink cartridge sent into school is mailed to Cartridges 4 Kids in exchange for money for our school.  Over $90 has been collected since September.  It's the GREEN thing to do :)
